Welcome to Haus Seiwald! Our house, built and furnished in typical Tyrolean farmhouse style, is located in the center of Niederau, the first village of the Wildschönau Valley. Close by is the cable car to the Markbachjoch, situated at 1500 meters above sea level. The location of our house is an ideal starting point for excursions and hikes. We welcome all skiers, paragliders, and cyclists who would like to spend their vacation with us.
Apartment A (2 to 4 persons) is equipped with a double room and a twin room. We also offer a kitchen with a seating area, satellite TV, a balcony, as well as a shower and toilet.
Our Apartment B (2 to 3 persons) offers a living kitchen with sleeping accommodation, a balcony, a double room, as well as satellite TV and shower/toilet.
Our Studio (1 to 2 persons) is a small one-room apartment with a kitchenette, separated sleeping area, private entrance, and shower/toilet.
All our rooms are equipped with satellite TV, a balcony, as well as a shower and toilet. We offer double and triple rooms for self-catering, which can also be booked in addition to the apartments.

| Cancellation conditions are as follows If cancelled up to eight weeks before arrival, we will refund your deposit minus a €20 handling fee. If the vacation is cancelled within the last eight weeks before arrival, the deposit cannot be refunded. In case of late arrival or early departure, we will charge for the stay minus any unconsumed services. Austrian hotel regulations apply, and the court of jurisdiction is Kufstein. | ||
The Wildschönau mountain lifts are included with the Wildschönau Premium Summer Card. Enjoy a relaxed gondola ride up the mountain and start your hike with ease.
Additional included services and benefits:The Wildschönau Card is valid from the first day of your vacation and is available upon arrival at your accommodation.
