In our small distillery, we process fruit from our own garden. Every year in late summer, we handpick fully ripe fruit, mainly apples and plums, grown naturally, without chemical pesticides, with a focus on quality and regional character.
What isn’t eaten fresh is mashed and fermented. After natural fermentation, we distill in small batches, traditionally, with great care and experience.
The result is clear, fruit-specific liqueurs with full fruit flavor, produced on a small scale and with strong regional character.
